I read this today and am reposting the questions here, so I can think about them and answer them at some point.
1. Why should great people want to work with you?
2. Do you know a great person when you see one?
3. Can you find great people who aren't looking for you?
4. Are you great at teaching great people how your team or company works and wins?
5. Are you as tough on yourself as you are on your people?

Hmm. These are interesting questions. What I'd do, is every time it refers to “great people” I would substitute “heart-driven people” or “awakening people” or some other equivalent phrase. Each of us is utterly great. Each of us is a universe, our lives a journey that is an odyssey. Spirits eagerly embrace the chance to be created into bodies that have only a brainstem. What do we know? What is living, really?
That much said, I'm thinking of showing the article to my son, who is dealing with being screamed at at work by a “little tyrant” boss. Thank you for posting this.
